Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Please read our shipping policy before placing an order to understand our procedures and your responsibilities regarding shipping and returns.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Domestic (US): 2-5 business days
International Shipping: 1-3 weeks

Address Accuracy

Responsibility for Incorrect Address:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. Please double-check your address before finalizing your order.

2. Returned Packages Due to Incorrect Address:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

3. Resending the Package:

If the customer requests to have the package resent to the correct address, an additional shipping fee will be charged to cover the cost of reshipping. The reshipping fee must be paid before we resend the package.

International Orders

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Geli Potion LLC is not responsible for any packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. In such cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item you received is defective or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled by emailing us at panxiaoyiyi@gmail.com within 12 hours from placing your order. If the order has been already shipped, we cannot cancel it.
